• Rental Period: Rentals start and end on the agreed dates. Late returns incur additional charges.
• Condition of Equipment: Equipment is inspected and provided in excellent condition. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
• Payments & Deposits: Full payment and a refundable deposit (if applicable) are required before the rental period starts. Deposits are refunded after inspection.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental date. Late cancellations may forfeit any deposit or advance payment.
• Defective Equipment: Report any defects upon receipt. We will replace or refund, subject to availability.
• Liability: The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
